- To date, The ACS Yellow Pages has recycled
four million pounds of phone books (or 2,000 tons)

Anchorage White Pages, Yellow Pages and Mobile Mini contain
56% recycled fiber content
- Books are printed with soy-based
ink and water-soluble glue
- The CD-Rom version and the
acsyellowpages.com online version of The ACS Yellow Pages
is an environmentally friendly alternative to the printed
book
- The ACS Yellow Pages has worked with community partners
to recycle old phone books for over 15 years
- In the months of June and July we have
recycle bins available at Carrs/Safeway locations and
the ACS office at 600 Telephone Avenue. For the remainder
of the year they are accepted at the Anchorage Recycling
Center.
